San Francisco-based graphic designer Zachary Gibson has produced a series of fun, cheerful illustrations for the launch of the “Google Play Music All Access” application.
According to Dwell, Google Play—formerly known as the “Android Market”—is “an Android phone-exclusive digital application that allows users to browse and download various types of media, such as music, books, movies, television shows, and apps published through Google”.
Gibson’s work for the application consists of many little icons—including that of guitars, microphones, musical instruments and other music-related items—that have been used to form the shape of a pair of headphones.
Used across all platforms that Google Play Music could be accessed—namely phone, tablet and web—these illustrations reflect the playful, entertaining nature of the app.
