In collaboration with Japan-based design firm Nosigner, developer of open-source browser Firefox, Mozilla, has unveiled its new office in Japan.
The ‘Mozilla Factory’ is based on the idea of ‘open-source’—a movement that gives anyone unrestricted access to source codes of softwares and the likes, that aims to continuously improve the original.
Building on this philosophy, Nosigner created an original set of furniture, and also made its drawings and blueprints “open-source’—thus, anyone can make the same furniture.
