While visiting an estate in the Niagara Falls two years ago, Chris Hughes, from A Nerd’s World, stumbled across and purchased a rare World War I Richard Verascope stereo camera that used to be owned by the French Army.
The camera was in pristine condition and even contained glass slides that were exposed during World War I.
Said Hughes, "Each slide is a piece of history
in photographic form and I get shivers every time I place a glass slide into the 3D stereo viewer".
