Famous Artworks Recreated Using Processed Meat

Berlin, Hamburg-based photographer Karsten Wegener—with the help of designer Silke Baltruschat and food stylist Raik Holst—reinterprets iconic artworks with ham, sausages and other processed meat.

In his series entitled ‘Sausage in Art’, famous pieces—such as van Gogh’s Sunflowers and Edward Munch’s The Scream—are given the ‘cold-cut treatment’ and captured in photographs.
