Stonewall, an LGBTQ lobby group, has come up with an anti-bullying campaign that shows how the name-calling that children learn stays with them in adulthood.

Cleverly shot and narrated by Sir Ian McKellen, these insults travel from the schoolyard to the office, showing that name-calling carries weight and harms people.

“Abuse ruins people’s lives. We all have a responsibility to take a stand and put a stop to it. By making sure that bullying is reported and prejudice is challenged, we can help ensure that every person in Britain lives free from fear of persecution and violence,” stated McKellen, who also happens to be co-founder of Stonewall.

The “No Bystanders” campaign also highlights that abuse should not go unchecked, and urges people to stop bullying from happening.
