How To Make Your Very Own Cookies And Milk Shot Glasses

We have previously featured Dominique Ansel’s delectable creation that was unveiled at SXSW—the Chocolate Chip Cookie Milk Shot. Now Karin Lee, a director living in Los Angeles, shows us how we can make this mouth-watering treat.

Lee details her recipe on Instructables and shows how she made the shot glass by wrapping a cork in aluminum foil and placing it in a mold. She made two molds–one from cut-out rolls of paper towels, and another using parchment paper.

When she is done with molding the dough, she bakes it for 10 to 15 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. She stated that lowering the temperature makes these cookies lighter and puffier, while baking them at a higher temperature helps them take their shape more quickly.
