IKEA Singapore teamed up with BBH Asia Pacific for its ‘IKEA Bedroom Stories’ campaign to give people’s bedrooms a makeover.
Two ads were shot; the first spot shows a Singaporean civil servant and part-time cosplayer named Frank whose bedroom is overflowing with costumes and other cosplay tools. IKEA tidies his room by showing how its storage products can organize and accommodate his stuff. The second spot shows a mother named Michele who is planning for a second child with her husband, and needs to make over their home. IKEA swops in to transform the family’s apartment to create space for an extra member.
It’s a nifty campaign that swiftly demonstrates the capabilities of IKEA’s storage solutions at a glance.
