Mother and professional photographer Kate T. Parker has been photographing her daughters, 8-year-old Ella and 5-year-old Alice, daily for the last three years.
Processed mostly in timeless black-and-white photos, the beautiful and heart-warming images capture the joy and freedom of childhood spent with each other and their friends, from playing with a garden hose to blowing bubbles in the bathtub.
The images also highlight the unique personalities of her daughters. “Alice is chronically happy,” explained Kate. “[She] loves to dance, make forts, laugh, snuggle and be with family, while Ella is “super high energy, thoughtful, a stellar public speaker and has yet to be embarrassed by anything.”
