Barcelona-based graphic designer Fabienne Plangger, who previously created an experimental Rorschach typeface, has a mouth-watering series in which she photographs meals composed of foods of the same color.
A collaboration with artists David Reiner, Sebastian Hierner and Karin Stöckl, ‘Monochrome Breakfast’ features breakfast foods like bread, bananas, eggs, strawberries and jam neatly laid out on white backgrounds and carefully color-coordinated with each other.
Visually pleasing and tantalizing, they are sure to make you work up an appetite. Plangger even manages to make green and purple foods look appealing.
