Infographic: How To Design Your Bedroom For A Good Night’s Sleep





Having trouble sleeping at night? Maybe the design of your bedroom could be preventing you from getting a good night’s sleep.



London-based furniture company Made.com has created an infographic that shows you how to arrange your room to get a more restful slumber.



Some helpful tips include keeping the surroundings neat and tidy, decorating your room with cool colors like blue and green to aid sleep, installing heavy curtains to keep light out, and refraining from using electronic gadgets before bedtime.
