Fitness company Focus Training has created an inforgraphic that would debunk seven of the biggest fitness myths that are commonly heard.



Contrary to popular belief, diet sodas will not cause you to gain weight, but what they might do is make you to feel bloated, and products that has lesser than five calories per serving are usually labeled as products with zero calories.
