Artist Eowyn Smith has created a map that catalogs the setting of every Disney and Pixar movie.
This chart is not an accurate one, however—Smith deduced where the location of each movie was set by observing the environment of each film, and paid attention to the story’s origins and dialog to help him with his guesswork.
We have also noticed that many of these stories are set in North America and Europe, and we hope that Disney and Pixar will start telling stories about other parts of the world.
