A Vintage Boeing Airplane Transformed Into An Awesome Hotel Suite

The Hotel Costa Verde is located near Quepos, Costa Rica, and is home to a very unique hotel room—the 727 Fuselage Suite has been converted from a 1965 Boeing 727.

Having once shuttled passengers of South Africa Air and Avianca Airlines in its former life, this vintage aircraft now holds two bedrooms, a kitchenette, a dining area and an ocean view terrace on its right wing.

The interior, with its teak panelling and hand-made furniture, has a warm, retro appeal—the suite also sits at the edge of a National Park, offering guests a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean and the opportunity to spot jungle wildlife such as sloths and monkeys.

Scroll down for more images of this wonderful hotel suite and head over the Hotel Costa Verde website for information on how you can book a stay in it.
