Mario vs. Crono
Barcelona-based artist Sebastian von Buchwald has an on-going series of gritty illustrations titled ‘Mario Versus’ featuring our favorite plumber Mario battling characters from other video games.
In his illustrations, the normally genial moustached man is transformed into a angry, menacing anti-hero engaged in ferocious battles with his opponents, who range from Rayman to Lara Croft of the Tomb Raider series.
