To help you become a happier couple, “happiness training app” Happify has released an infographic that charts “The Secrets of Happy Couples” and reveals the science behind a happy relationship.
Rather than being dependant on innate personality compatibility, the quality of a relationship often rests on how the couple communicates and interacts—incorporating certain activities and practices can significantly improve the level of happiness in a relationship.
For instance, “couples who have new experiences together report feeling more loving and supportive towards one another, and more satisified with their marriages”.
