Photographer John Moore’s moving images highlight the plight of Central Americans as they make the perilous journey of attempting to cross the US-Mexican border in hopes of a better life.
The issue is contentious, and he wanted to approach the issue “in as many ways as possible”, and by “putting a human face on the issue”.
One of his most thought-provoking images is of migrants climbing atop a freight train in Arriaga, Mexico in the dead of night.
