Striking Photos Capture The Beauty Of Architecture Patterns In Skyscrapers

Santos Place, Brisbane

Paris-based art director Alexandre Jacques has a part graphic design, part photography project titled ‘Architectural Pattern’ that features skyscrapers around the world.

His photos of towering, majestic buildings reveal a mesmerizing beauty in their geometric patterns and lines, encouraging viewers to look at architecture from a different perspective.

Jacques explains, “At the boundaries between graphic design and photography, this project invites you to take a new look at chosen facades often considered invasive or degrading. The repetition of horizontal and vertical lines or a single pattern loses the viewer in a world where boundaries disappear. In the middle of such a mass Man no longer seems to exist.”
