Infographic: How Much Should You Exercise?

Manchester-based freelance graphic designer and illustrator Angie Chan has created an infographic on exercise to help you achieve that desired summer body.

Titled ‘How Much Exercise Should I Do’, the infographic encourages us to perform at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercises or 75 minutes of vigorous intensity exercises weekly. These should also be accompanied by two days of muscle strengthening exercises.

Besides pointing out the exercises we should be doing, the infographic also highlights the benefits of regular exercise—such as reducing the risk of stroke and heart diseases, as well as improving your overall mood and well-being.
