Infographic: The Ultimate Kitchen Cheat Sheet

Everest has created an infographic that doubles as a cheat sheet for those of us who spend a lot of time cooking in the kitchen.

In this infographic, they have conveniently listed down both the European and American metrics for food measurement—ensuring that we will never be confused on how many tablespoons of salt or cups of water should go into the cooking pot.

The infographic even acts as a guide to the different cuts of meat found in animals and the preferred cooking methods to these cuts—not to mention the cooking time to ensure your meat is cooked to your preferred ‘doneness’.

Lastly, the infographic also highlights how long our produce can last in storage—allowing us to gauge how long they can last before turning bad.

Quite useful to have in the kitchen—wouldn’t you agree?
