Airplanes ‘Grow’ Mustaches In Support Of Movember

In support of, Movember—an annual campaign to raise awareness of prostate cancer—some airplanes have started sporting mustaches.

From a trim upper-lip to a flamboyant handlebar, three airlines—British Airways, Qantas and WestJet—have given their airplanes facial hair makeovers in order to raise money for prostate cancer charities and research institutions.

While British Airways is aiming to raise more than £80,000 for the Prostate Cancer Charity, WestJet has launched a contest to reward the Canadian organization with the highest employee participation rate in Movember with two round-trip tickets to any of its destinations.

Now that even airplanes are sporting them, a mustache is officially the coolest accessory to own this month.
