Seoul-based Korean graphic designer and artist Sanghyuk Moon revisited the five classic paintings that were easily recognizable, even when transformed.
In a bid to put that belief to the test, she takes van Gogh’s ‘Starry Night’ and ‘Self Portrait’, da Vinci’s ‘Mona Lisa’, Munch’s ‘The Scream’, and Vermeer’s ‘Girl with a Pearl Earring’ and blurs them out to create amazing pixelated versions.
If you zoom out enough, the iconic paintings are more easily recognizable.
