Health supplement company Bioenergy Nutrition wanted to show how horrifying bad cholesterol can be—taking a literal approach to health warnings, their latest ads feature horror movie icons sculpted from butter.
Featuring three famous characters from well-known horror movies—Jason from Friday the 13th, Jigsaw from Saw and Ghostface from Scream—the series of three print ads send a strong but easily understood message about how bad cholesterol can kill.
Created by Milanese advertising agency Alc1m1a, the ads has managed to cast butter as the bad guy without having to resort to cliché images of healthy food and smiling families.
We think that a butter-sculpted Freddie would have made a great addition to this collection.
