Fashion, lifestyle and culture website Refinery29 has published a funny, tongue-in-cheek feature on things you will find in a typical hipster apartment.
The article—“32 Signs You’re Living In A Hipster Apartment”—pokes fun at the hipster lifestyle and points out the irony of its growing standardization that has made this supposedly anti-mainstream culture such a cliché.
According to this check-list, must-have items of hipster home décor include a “Keep Calm And Carry On” poster, terrariums, analog cameras and mid-century furniture—among other obviously exotic or indie objects.
