Based in Hong Kong, artist Johnson Tsang creates ‘splash sculptures’ out of stainless steel.
Unbelievably fluid, each sculpture also has heads emerging out of each ‘splash’ that the sculpture makes.
While we do not think of steel as the most malleable of materials, Tsang manages to make his sculptures look suspended in motion while capturing the grace and fluidity of water itself.
Influenced by surrealism and realist sculptural techniques, Tsang works at creating these mind-bending artworks which push our imaginative boundaries.
