Jake Lockett is an artist from the UK, and he has been drawing since the age of two. He is currently 24-years-old and has accumulated his past works on his website to show his progression as an artist.
Looking at his past artworks, you can see how much better Lockett gets at drawing the older he becomes. When he first started, his works were playful and imaginative—typical of a young boy his age. However, upon reaching 12, his art gets a bit more technical and complex, with Lockett developing his own unique style.
Serving almost like an art journal, it’s interesting to see his thought process grow from a young toddler to his current self today.
