Adrenaline seems to run in the blood of Russians–hot on the heels of this climber who photographs himself dangling from buildings comes a duo who recently scaled the world’s second highest skyscraper without safety gear.
Vadim Makharov and Ritaliy Raskalov were traveling through China a few weeks ago and sneaked into the Shanghai Tower, which is under construction. They timed their climb around Chinese New Year when there were less visitors and to take advantage of the lax security.
The duo climbed all 120 stories on foot and took some stunning photos of the view from above. We previously featured a crane operator’s breathtaking shots of the same tower.
