There are many things that we use, eat or come into contact with every day, and we have no idea how they are made. As documentary TV series How It’s Made has shown, the production processes of mundane objects can be very interesting indeed.
Design and lifestyle website Twisted Sifter has recently showcased a collection of fascinating GIFs that show how everyday products and food items—including ice cream sandwiches, springs, hay bundles and Pop Tarts—are made.
There is even one that shows how “an epic Old Spice commercial” is filmed in a single take.
