Google has joined photo-sharing platform Instagram, according to an announcement made via Twitter on Tuesday.
It appeared to be inspired by the 40th anniversary of the Rubik’s Cube which fell on Monday– the search engine giant said its homepage doodle got the company thinking if they “could do more with squares.”
Its single post is a video of a rotating Rubik’s Cube, and the account has already amassed over 40,000 followers.
It’s unclear what type of content we can expect from Google though.
