US designer Laura Wilusz has created a series of impressive typography inspired by Alan Watts' philosophies on the meaning of life.
Every piece of work was produced "as a form of meditation" by being totally lost and absorbed in the task.
Breaking away from the norm, the designer create words using unique medium and a diverse range of material, such as staples and glue on black mat board, clay sand and water in a jar, and drawing toy etch-a-sketch. Even licorice, saliva and gummy bears made an appearance in these typographic artworks.
These pieces are then photographed and made into posters as a daily reminder "that the present is all that truly exists, and the importance of living mindfully in it".
