Michigan-based artist and designer Freddie Jordan has created a good-looking, fun and inspiring concept for Starbucks that aims to promote guerrilla gardening with the help of the coffee chain giant.
The “Seedpods” are cute little capsules with pointy tops that would ideally be given out with every coffee purchase—encouraging its customers to contribute to their community’s greenery would be very much in line with Starbucks’ existing sustainable policies.
Coming with a helpful little map to show where it would be ideal to plant the seeds in the pods, the Seedpods’ sweet packaging would also make for pretty keepsakes after one empties them of their load.
We definitely hope to see the Seedpod at our neighborhood Starbucks some day soon—what do you think of this idea?
