Artist Ian Strange has created an outdoor installation of a house that curiously appears to be sinking into the ground.
Titled ‘Landed’, the installation shows a completely black house that looks as though it is being swallowed up by the concrete pavement. It was commissioned for the 2014 Biennial of Australian Art, which is currently being held at the Art Gallery of South Australia in Adelaide til 11 May.
With no description, the intriguing exhibit leaves visitors to ponder over what it means.
