Silicon Valley startup Skully Helmets makes intelligent motorcycle helmets that is changing the definition of what a motorcycle helmet is.
Skully Helmets gives riders a heads-up display system, a full 18-degree rear view camera, Bluetooth connectivity, GPS navigation and voice control.
Built to endure the terrain of the road, its face shield is also anti-fog, anti-scratch and anti-glare—while providing voice control for the heads-up display.
A fully adjustable ventilation system, lightweight and aerodynamic shell and a 3d laser-cut interior foam to provide a perfect fit for the rider.
The privately-owned company recently took home an award at the 2014 SXSW Interactive, in the Wearable Tech category.
No longer just a helmet that “exists solely for the sake of saving your head when you hit the ground.", Skully Helmets enhance the overall riding experience of motorcycle enthusiasts.
