For all you busy professionals who complain about the rat race, how about literally living in a hamster wheel?
That is exactly what artists Ward Shelley and Alex Schweder have been doing in their installation, ‘In Orbit’, a 25-foot in diameter sculpture that looks like a giant hamster wheel.
The artists have to walk in tandem in order not to upset the order of things, such as each other’s balance and to have access to different furniture on the wheel.
The installation is currently at The Boiler in Brooklyn, and the artists will be living in it for ten days, till the March 9.
