Dutch designer Sander Mulder has created an unusual clock that does not have any hands—instead, it tells the time by rolling around slowly on a table or any flat surface.
The “About Time” clock not only tell time in an unconventional way, but is also uncharacteristically vague about what time it is—for instance, it would only state that “it’s about six o’clock” or “it’s almost seven now”.
A reaction to the modern lifestyle’s obsession with minute-to-minute planning, this clock urges its users to relax and let time pass without being too concerned about it.
Would you like to have this desk rolling around on your desk, or do you prefer a clock that is more precise?
You can purchase it for US$170 over here.
