An Adorable Children’s Book That Lets You 3D-Print Its Characters

Product designer Carla Diana has created an adorable book that explains how 3D-printing works to children in a fun and interesting way.

Called Leo The Maker Prince, the book tells the story of Carla, an accountant who wanted to be an artist. She then meets Leo, the 3D-printing robot, and together, they bring her creations to life.

The characters and objects present in the book can be downloaded from Thingiverse, and printed with a 3D-printer at home or through a 3D-printing service. This fun idea teaches children of the endless possibilities that come with this new technology.

Although this book is for children, it looks like it will inspire everyone to bring their creations to life as well.
