Fans of ‘Flappy Bird’ rejoice, for the addictive mobile game is set to return, according to its creator.
The immensely popular game was downloaded over 50 million times before being pulled abruptly from app stores in February by its maker Dong Nguyen. However he has confirmed on Twitter that it will be back and “better” than the original.
Nguyen was responding to a question from one of his followers @painfullpacman, and his reply was “Yes. But not soon.”
He had hinted to Rolling Stone magazine earlier this month that he was “considering” putting the game back online.
What do you think of ‘Flappy Bird’ making a return to mobile screens?
