In a timelapse video entitled ‘Empire State of Pen’, London-based artist Patrick Vale draws by hand the skyline of downtown New York as seen from the Empire State Building.
From the Flat Iron building in the foreground to the Brooklyn, you can watch the buildings pop up in rapid succession in the 80-second video—which took Vale several days to complete.
