To solve the problem of sexually transmitted infections and unwanted pregnancies in Southwark and Lambeth, London, the National Health Service decided to hold an interior design competition.
The National Health Service issued a challenge, inviting various firms to design a sexual health clinic which will remove the stigma of getting sexual health.
The winning firm, Urban Salon, has commissioned artists to create a brightly colored mobile with sex organs dangling from it, as well as a giant decal of cats and roosters.
There are also gardens in the clinic, as well ceiling-high windows to let light in, making the clinic as cheerful as possible.
With an interior that is both welcoming for all, patients will be put at ease and not worry about getting judged when getting help.
