Japanese photographer Seiji Mamiya has a collection of cat images that is unlike other cat photos on the internet.
Mamiya shoots his feline subjects in beautiful nature scenes, capturing the expressive felines under the sun as they interact with one another and the world around them.
In some images, the cats can be seen leaping in mid-air, posing their bodies against the beautiful backdrop, while in other photos, they are captured close-up as they basked in the warmth of the sun.
Beautiful and almost surreal, his feline images are so popular that Mamiya has even published a book on them.
