Biz 3.0 has come up with another infographic that looks at the top three time wasting activities in the workplace.
According to the infographic, the number one time waster is chatting with co-workers, followed by non-work related surfing on the internet and ‘useless’ meetings.
The survey found that 64% of employees visit non-work related websites every day during work hours, with social networking, online gaming and checking email being the three most common activities.
Unsurprisingly, 37% of the respondents felt that at least half of the time in meetings was a waste, and an astronomical 91% admitted to daydreaming during meetings.
