To accompany the tagline, “Stories from every angle”, JWT has come up with an amusing video ad for the Melbourne Writer’s Festival.
In it, the writer narrates, that a man named Oliver has discovered that his wife is cheating on him with a friend, with hic “characters” doing as he says.
Each time, however, the writer isn’t satisfied and chooses to do the scene over but with different variations, echoing the tagline.
At the end, Oliver’s wife turns out to be his friend cross-dressing as a woman, which makes this ad an entertaining and creative way to publicize a writers festival.
