In Japan, Smartphone Stands Are Placed At Attractions To Help People Take Photos





The Japanese city of Fujisawa has installed ‘Smartphone Stands’, allowing visitors to place their camera phones on them to take photos of themselves instead of asking help from strangers.



Created by Sunpole, the stand consists of a slot which allows users to place their cameras, and can be adjusted and rotated 360 degrees just to take the perfect shot.



As the Japanese have a tradition of taking commemorative photographs, which is also known as ‘Kinen-shashin’, this service makes this tradition easier and fun
