Part of his MA in industrial design, Swedish designer Victor Johansson has designed a ‘Ceramic Stereo’ which plays music when a smartphone is placed on it.
As the designer noticed that more people were using their smartphones to listen to music, he thought of making an amplifier which allowed people to wirelessly play these tunes from their phones.
With a sleek interface, users can use Bluetooth or an audio cable to receive music from the smartphone.
The user places his or her smart phone on three points of this device, which allow the stereo to play and pause music, or switch to radio.
