Cleverly Manipulated Photos Blend Beautiful Spheres With London’s Architecture

Fountain Sphere

London-based photographer Edward Neumann has an on-going photo series titled ‘The Orb Project’ in which he creates intriguing photos that blend beautiful spheres with London’s architecture.

Using Photoshop, Neumann distorts his images by taking them apart and turning them into dazzling new kaleidoscopic visuals that blur the line between reality and manipulation.

His hypnotic images of bridges, hallways, tunnels, and stairs transport you to another dimension and make you view the city in a different light.

Neumann displays a sharp eye for structures, patterns, and lines, and explains his fascination with geometric forms, “A lot of my inspiration for image manipulations stem from this, as I strive to recreate my own worlds, spheres and realities directly from the world around me. Over time this has manifested itself into a confined floating world within a manipulated, one-point perspective environment.”
