Google Glass App Lets You Experience Your Partner’s Point Of View During Sex

Sex is an intimate act and for couples looking to make it even more personal, there is now an app that lets you experience your partner’s point of view during sex.

Sherif Maktabi, a product design student from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, has created ‘Glance’, a Google Glass app that records your most intimate moments.

As with most Google Glass apps, it is controlled using voice commands. To start, say “Ok Glass, it’s time”, and the app starts recording and streaming what you see. Swiping the side of the glasses changes the view and perspective, and the app streams your partner’s view so that both parties can see what the other is seeing. The app also comes with a selection of mood-setting music and even recommends sex positions to keep things interesting.

To end, say “Ok Glass, pull out.” The app then compiles a video of the whole event for playback. The video is playable for up to five hours before it is permanently deleted.

Maktabi created the app at a Wearable Tech Hackathon in London last November, and you can find out more about it here.

What do you think of the Glance app? Is it something you would use?
