New Year’s resolutions are notoriously hard to keep, mostly because people are usually much too ambitious with them—so why not cut yourself some slack and try sticking to some very reasonable and achievable resolutions this year?

Doghouse Diaries has just published a list of positive resolutions that you can actually achieve—instead of giant leaps of change, they suggest that you should improve your life in manageable bite-sized ways.

For instance, they advise that we should “stop trying to stop procrastinating”, and to “embrace the fact that you get things done efficiently” instead.

While this humorous list of new year’s resolution is a little tongue-in-cheek, you cannot deny that they are indeed a lot easier to keep.
