An Amazingly Detailed Portrait Of Steve Jobs Made Out Of Electronic Waste

We have previously featured Jason Mecier’s “paintings” of celebrities that are made out of trash and junk. Now, the artist pays homage to tech icon Steve Jobs with this portrait made out of Apple products and electronic waste.

Viewers are able to see iPods, headphones, and a Macintosh keyboard coming together to form this portrait—it is the very same image used for the cover of the tech icon’s 2011 biography.

Mecier takes at least 50 hours to complete each portrait—his painstaking effort shows in the amount of detail that has gone into this one.
