Monterrey-based design studio Estudio Manifiesto Futura has created a book packaging titled ‘Independiente’ that transforms into a sculptural flower pot.
Created by co-founders Vicky González and Iván García for Design Week Mexico, the packaging is made from triangle wood chips and burlap fabric and is 100% biodegradable. The duo also wrote a book containing writings and personal photographs to highlight the Rufino Tamayo Museum located in Mexico City’s Chapultepec Park, which is dedicated to contemporary art.
