Designer Constructs Wonderful, Imaginative Scenarios From Used Coffee Cups

Like most creatives, Sydney-based designer and brand architect Paul Garbett has a caffeine habit to energize and fuel his workday.

Unlike most people, instead of disposing of the used coffee cups, he turns them into canvases for his on-going art project titled ‘Cuppaday.’

Garbett paints, draws on the cups and cuts them up, constructing imaginative characters and scenarios with the help of toys and props.

Some of his creations include Batman, a jack-o-lantern, a ghost, a snowman and a smoke-spewing factory tower.

Check out some creative coffee cup art below and follow his blog to keep up.
