Inspired by Korean filmmaker Kogonada’s ‘Centered’ video that showed how Wes Anderson’s movies are perfectly symmetrical, artist Luis Enrique Rayas created his own video using clips from the original that reflect onto themselves to produce an amazing surreal effect.
The eye-popping kaleidoscopic video features characters shape-shifting and changing; in one frame Bill Murray’s face turns into the rat from Fantastic Mr. Fox, and other characters seem to dissolve and melt into one another.
It’s a fantastically dizzying animation that promises to take you on a trippy rollercoaster ride through Anderson’s movies.
